Penn State student Sara Wall, who spent the summer on the Trasimeno Archaeology Field School program in Italy, wrote a detailed and interesting account of her observations at two different archeological museums that she visited.
The museums, both the Etruscan Academy Museum in Cortona and the Museu Etrusco in Chianciano Terme, both displayed artifacts and portrayals of the Etruscans and Roman expansion, which was highly relevant to Sara’s course on Roman and Etruscan history.
A detailed and interesting account of these experiences can be found in Sara’s full blog post on the Trasimeno Archaeology Field School blog.
