As we start the new academic year, I’m thrilled to share an update on our institutional relations and student services teams. As you may be aware, we made some adjustments to the institutional relations team to ensure we have at least two dedicated staff focused on the specific needs and challenges of each region. This will allow our team members greater flexibility and enhance their ability to support you with your institutions study abroad goals. Supported by institutional relations managers and an experienced student services team, our four veteran Associate Directors will still serve as your first point of contact for any questions or needs you may have.

Over the past few months, the team and I have worked to improve our processes and systems to ensure we’re positioned to deliver a more seamless student experience and advisor support structure. The full Enrollment Management team held a summer retreat in August to kick off the Fall season. It was a great week of discussion and collaboration, and I was deeply impressed with the group’s commitment to you, our partners, to your students, and to their desire to make our programs and services even better.

We take pride in ensuring you have direct access to Arcadia team members who are knowledgeable about our programs and familiar with the challenges and needs of your institution. Whether you’re an advisor with a question about a new program in Australia or you have a student who needs help with their academic course selection in Spain, our team is ready to help you get the answers you need more quickly and efficiently.

We look forward to engaging more with you in the coming weeks and months and wish you all a successful start to the 2019-20 academic year!
