The Arcadia University College of Global Studies Institutional Relations Manager is responsible for representing Arcadia's more than 130 programs in 11 countries and working directly with students, advisors, and faculty in a designated U.S. region. Primary objectives of the position are to help increase awareness, recognition, and reputation of Arcadia study abroad programs, assist with the cultivation of institutional partnerships at university and colleges in a designated U.S. region, support student program selection, maximize conversion of inquiries and incomplete applicants utilizing CRM (Salesforce) and industry best practices, and maximize student and institutional partnership satisfaction by providing strong service and excellent communication. As part of the Enrollment Management Team, the Institutional Relations Manager will be responsible for helping the team to effectively achieve inquiry, application, and enrollment targets.

This is a 10-month equivalent position (paid over 12 months) with an 8-week break that is typically given between mid-May and early July.
This job is designed to be based in the assigned geographic region, in which case the establishment of a home office is required. Those located within a commutable distance of Glenside, PA are not eligible to work from a home office.
