We at Arcadia University are deeply saddened by the horrific attack in New Zealand yesterday and share our deepest sympathies with all those affected. Following news of the incident, Arcadia staff immediately confirmed the safety of students studying at the University of Canterbury, and were in touch with all other Arcadia students in New Zealand to notify them of the incident and provide emergency instructions.
We will continue to be in contact with our students and ensure they are all aware of the support available from Arcadia and from our partner institutions in New Zealand.
