Young ProfessionalNew research conducted by the Erasmus Student Network analyzed the impact study abroad has on students after they graduate and enter the professional world. The findings support the idea that studying abroad is very beneficial for one’s professional career.

In addition to being an incredible, transformative personal experience, studies show that 97% of students with study abroad experience found a job within 12 months of their graduation. This is probably because, according to research, 64% of employers value international experiences and consider it important for their recruitment.

More information about this research, plus other benefits of study abroad can be found at the Huffington Post, where it was originally reported.
