Staff Update to Enhance Partner Support

Based on a review of data trends, input from staff, and most importantly, feedback from you, our U.S. partners, we have made some adjustments to expand and strengthen our ability to support staff, faculty, and students.

Our Institutional Relations team has been reorganized into a regional model. There are now 4 regions, each supported by an Associate Director of Institutional Relations and Strategic Partnerships and an Institutional Relations Manager. The Associate Director assigned to your region will be your main point of contact and will work closely with the Institutional Relations manager to support you and your students with program information and updates, campus-based activities, site visits, and program inquiry response.

Also, as you know, we have a knowledgeable staff of Program Managers who work with your students from program selection and application to pre-departure and beyond. We have organized the staff into three teams, each focused on a selection of programs. Each team is comprised of three Program Managers that will work with specific institutions allowing them to effectively support you and your efforts while building the strong relationships with students that we pride ourselves on.

We are also excited to announce Hannah Leidich, previously Program Manager for Australia and STEM Summer Research programs, has been promoted to Assistant Director of Health, Safety, and Security. Hannah’s experience as a program manager will be invaluable as she transition to supporting students’ health and safety needs across programs and institutions.

By now, all of our partners should have received a message from their Associate Director introducing themselves and the team members. You can also log into the Arcadia Advisor Portal where you’ll find the contact information for your Associate Director and other team members as well as other useful resources.
