Gathered Field Admissions: Decisions for all departments will be rendered by UCL after April 5, and will take at least six weeks. Students should not expect an admissions decision until mid-May.
As has always been the case, UCL will base admissions decisions on academic performance and grade history and will require evidence on student transcripts of relevant courses, which have been taken beyond the introductory level.
Given this extensive list of restricted departments and the long decision timeline, we are advising all UCL applicants to have a backup program choice with greater access to courses for study abroad students. If you have students who have already started applications in our system and/or will submit applications for the 24/25 cycle, we are here to provide guidance.
