A couple of weeks ago, we took a break from the hustle and bustle of London and journeyed to the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast in Wales.

We spent the weekend with the wonderful Preseli Venture, nestled in the Welsh countryside full of green rolling hills and grazing sheep. Over the course of the weekend, we took part in adventurous activities such as coasteering, sea kayaking and hiking. Each of the Preseli instructors were so enthusiastic and their infectious energy helped get rid of any nerves that we had (before jumping from large rocks into the water for example)!

When we weren't out on the water or hiking along cliffs soaking in the gorgeous scenery, we were back relaxing at Preseli's 5-star eco-lodge, feasting on delicious home-cooked meals and gathering around a campfire toasting marshmallows.
