After a six week stint in the Irish Institute of Public Administration it’s time to say goodbye to our Irish History, Politics and Literature summer students.

They had a very busy summer, not just with their classes but also with all the co-curricular events they attended. These included a full afternoon of experience Gaelic Games, where they learnt the traditional Irish games of hand- ball, Gaelic football and Gaelic hurling. Great cráic was had by all!

They also enjoyed a night at perhaps Ireland's most famous production ‘’Riverdance’’, where they were able to appreciate Irish dancing at its absolute best!

Finally we enjoyed a wonderful evening of Food, Fairies and Folklore at Ireland's oldest pub, the Brazen Head; this is great way of experiencing the tradition of storytelling while enjoying a lovely meal.

Can’t believe it’s over already! Goodbye and enjoy the rest of the summer!
