International Student Residence.

This is a modern and conveniently located student residence in the heart of the historic La Ribera/Born district.

Here you can find nice restaurants, cocktail bars, small designer shops and generally very nice atmosphere. To read more about this area, places to go and the historic importance, please have a look here or simply Google it :) 

Within only 13 minutes walk to Arcadia centre this residence offers nice cozy rooms with single beds (90 x 200 cm), private bathrooms - and has everything a student needs on their arrival - bedding set, duvet, pillow, towels, even a small fridge, and of course – Wi-Fi in the whole building.

There are big communal spaces to relax & watch TV, the study spaces too and an amazing roof top terrace. A large communal kitchen/ dinning area comes equipped with microwave and a hot plate to fix your meals, every student will also have a separate space in the fridge.

Residence belongs to a Barcelona Pastry Guild & there is also has a Museum of Chocolate next door! 

In the residence there are 42 rooms in total and it houses a balanced mix of Spanish, European and few American students – we hope this will encourage you to communicate more with locals, practise Spanish and learn more about the Spanish/ European culture.

Practical things to note: 

You will need to buy your own cups & plate sets

The residence also offers a meal plan (catering service) for a separate charge that can be agreed directly with the residence staff. It is then delivered directly to the fridge compartment of each student.

You will enjoy a weekly room and bathroom clean as well as the weekly change of bedding and towels. Please be considerate and do not leave things lying on the floor in your room as this will make it hard for the housekeeping staff to do their job.

There is also a 24hr reception desk, coin operated laundry machines.
