Date

December 3, 2018

As part of the SOCG210 Gastronomy and Culture in Spain course, students prepared some typical tapas helped by the well-known chef Adrià Llenas. While enjoying, preparing and eating them, they also learned the origins of each ingredient, the region where they come from, the different ways to cook them and how to preserve them.
