As part of the SOG210 Gastronomy and Culture in Spain course, students prepared some typical tapas helped by the well-known chef Adrià Llenas. While enjoyed preparing and eating them, they also learn the origins of each ingredient, the region where they come from, the different ways to cook them and how to preserve them.

These are some of the tapas they successfully cooked today!

  • Piquillo peppers stuffed with tuna belly
  • Montadito of goat cheese with oil, tomato jam and anchovy
  • Gazpacho shot
  • Chocolate sponge cake with vanilla mochi and icecream
