All students are provided with a 24/7 local emergency contact to reach Arcadia staff while on our programs. In the event of an emergency, students on site should call local emergency response or the on-site staff immediately. True emergencies require a phone call.

If your student is unable to contact local staff and services and needs urgent assistance, please inform the Global Health and Safety Team. We ask that local emergency contact numbers issued to students remain open for student calls. Loved ones and home universities should reach out to the U.S.-based Global Health and Safety Team for assistance and they will initiate swift contact with staff abroad to assist your student:
