Julie Daly has a BA in History and Classics from Northwestern University, and a PhD in modern British history from the University of Illinois at Chicago. As an undergraduate she completed an internship in London at the Royal Air Force Museum as well as spending a semester at the Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies in Rome. She has been living in Ireland since 2018, and previously worked at the Dublin City Volunteer Centre where she supported Ireland's diverse community sector. Julie grew up in an Army family and has lived in 8 U.S. states as well as Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK; but considers Green Bay, Wisconsin, her hometown.
