Working With Arcadia Abroad

The Arcadia Abroad team is committed to supporting you in your efforts to promote education abroad and international education. We value the relationships we have established with study abroad advisors, administrators and faculty at institutions around the globe. We partner with you and support your efforts in many ways including:

On Campus & Virtual Meetings

We have knowledgeable and experienced staff, available to visit your campus, to speak or present to your faculty, administrators, staff and students. Our team includes international education experts who regularly consult with partners on programming; finance, budgeting, and scholarships; curriculum alignment and matching; health, safety, and student affairs; assessment and evaluation; internships and experiential education; first year programming; and student services. We invite you to reach out to our staff for support in reaching your strategic campus goals.

  • Our Institutional Engagement team members serve as the primary contacts for our U.S. partners. They are available for on campus and virtual presentations to your faculty, administrators and staff. They are specialists who are knowledgeable about Arcadia's program offerings and have visited many of our program sites. For newer advisors, the team members can serve as a valuable resource for learning about the field. For seasoned advisors, visits and virtual meetings can be used to update you on program developments and for us to learn more about your strategic goals, process and needs.
  • In collaboration with our program advisors, our Institutional Engagement team members provide general student support, pre-departure sessions, and other information for students enrolled or considering enrolling in Arcadia programs.
  • Our Academic Enterprise team members are available to meet with administrators and faculty to discuss curriculum, program design, and assessment activities among other academic issues.
  • Our Health, Safety, and Student Affairs team is available for on campus or virtual meetings to discuss specific concerns, as well as the critical and often complex topics of health and safety, financing study abroad and the many issues relating to ensuring student success during their overseas study.

Affiliation and Direct Billing Agreements

Our partner institutions can choose among several billing options. We advise students to ensure they work with their home institution to discuss the details about the cost of participation in our programs. If you are interested in setting up a direct billing agreement or signing an affiliation agreement, please contact your institutional engagement representative.

Scholarships & Funding

All students who participate in Arcadia programs are encouraged to apply for scholarships. For more information on Scholarship opportunities, or if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your Institutional Engagement representative at any time.

Opportunities to Learn More

The College of Global Studies is committed to providing our partners with opportunities to learn more about our mission, philosophy, pedagogy, programming, and co-curricular learning. Partners can meet with us virtually, via on campus visits by our staff, overseas visits to our sites, or at conferences and events. Please contact your Institutional Engagement representative to discuss how we can support your needs.
