Special Considerations
- Intensive Art Programmes, for students majoring in Fine Art and applying to specific departments
- School of Design: required additional class, Design Domain, for 2.5 credits. Studio credits are reduced to 10 credits.
Course Restrictions
- You will apply to a specific department, such as Painting, Illustration, etc. for the intensive art programs.
- Year 1 and Year 4 studies are not available for intensive art programs.

- Non-studio courses average between four and eight hours per week. Private study time is additional.

Enrollment Process
Submit your Academic Preferences Form through your Arcadia Passport.
List all department choices and alternates in order of preference (i.e. Fine Art - Photography, Painting and Printmaking, etc.). Enter "GSA" as the course code for all areas.
Intensive Art Programs
- GSA does not offer courses in the traditional sense.
- GSA will review your application and portfolio.
- Upon acceptance, you will be assigned a focus area and year of study.
- You will complete projects solely in that particular area.
Miscellaneous
You will need to submit a portfolio of 15-20 images of recent work. This will be reviewed by a specific department for admittance into that department.
