At Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, you will live in Severn Hall, located only 10 minutes’ walk from the heart of campus. Severn Point is the halls of residence for all students studying at RWCMD and close to Cathays - a neighborhood favored by students with plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs. Each flat has individual bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and shared kitchen facilities. This allows you the chance to meet interesting people and make new friendships in a communal setting.
Severn Point has everything you require, including: outdoor social space, fully-fitted kitchen, laundry facilities and common rooms.
You’ll get a comfortable en-suite room all to yourself, including your very own bathroom. Your flat will also come with a shared, fully-fitted kitchen and living space, ideal for perfecting your cooking or hanging out with flatmates.
Want to escape your flat and enjoy the sunshine? An external courtyard gives you the space to socialize with your neighbors outdoors, or you could go further afield with a visit to Blackweir Fields and Bute Park, both just under a mile away. Here, it’s easy to feel like you’re not in a city at all, with green fields and woodland stretching along the River Taff.
